Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets through the agency channel.
- Manage and coordinate with agency partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities
- Recruit, train, and mentor agency sales agents to enhance their performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and promote new insurance products and services.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirement:-
- Bachelor’s degree, marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in agency channel sales within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and guide the agency sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and network effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly result-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
