Location:-Ahmedabad

Responsibility:-

Recruit, mentor and develop insurance agents and nurture them to reach their full potential
Set clear objectives and establish sales targets for the team
Generate leads and ensure optimal conversion ratios
Monitor sales progress and keep up to date with latest insurance products and regulations
Oversee all insurance sales, from initial contact to policy completion
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
Prepare sales reports for senior management
Requirement:-
Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry and its products
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Ability to develop strategy and sales plans
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
Strong customer service skills and a deep understanding of customer service procedures
BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
