Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Bidar. The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of field sales experience and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and direct sales efforts.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and performance records in CRM software.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- 1 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bidar and nearby areas for client meetings.
