Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dharwad. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide product knowledge and solutions to meet customer needs.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Travel within Dharwad and nearby areas to maximize sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Good understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Dharwad.
Experience in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, or direct selling.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
