Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hubli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, closing sales deals, and building strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work in a dynamic field environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through field sales activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
Work closely with the regional sales team to develop strategies for business expansion.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or related industries.
Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close sales deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
