We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Roles :
– Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
– Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
– Recruiting, screening, and training new agents
– Hiring, Training, and Motivating team members

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in any field of Sales
- Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
- Go-getter attitude
- Result orientation
