Sales Team Leader – Insurance
Performing sales team to achieve ambitious goals and drive growth for a leading insurance company in India.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives.
Identify and onboard top financial advisors and leaders.
Develop and implement cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Participate in field activities to expand customer reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in insurance.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Age 21-38, valid driver’s license, own two-wheeler.
