Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Leader in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth through the agency channel

• Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service

• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive business results

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through the agency channel

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to build relationships with agents and motivate them to achieve results
