Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets in the Banking sector.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their financial needs.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 4.5 to 5.5 LPA
