Post : Sales Manager

Channel : Agency Channel – Life Insurance

Salary : 275000 – 315000 per month depending upon your current work experience.

Required criteria:

• First, should have at least a 2 year of experience in Field sales.
• Age should range from 24 to 38 years old.
• Own transportation is necessary.
• Should remain in the same city for at least four years.
• As this is fieldwork rather than office work, you should be prepared to work outside.
• And finally, be prepared to build your own network.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Agency managers’ primary responsibilities include hiring business partners and quality advisors.
• Observing the sales objectives and attaining them
• Achieving sales goals
• In the Agency Channel, the Agency will be in charge of managing an on-roll team of 8- 10 sales managers.
• Accompany sales representatives on client visits to support and enhance their abilities
• The sales manager team is in charge of assembling the team (life insurance advisors) from within their own personal and professional networks.
