Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager/Executive to drive business growth through agency partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a network of agents, ensuring they achieve sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with them to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agencies, agents, or channel partners to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to agency partners to enhance their sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze agency sales performance, providing insights and strategies for improvement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and sales reviews with agencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in agency sales, channel sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
