Job Title: Sales Manager – Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the Karnataka banking sector.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining client relationships.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Provide regular performance reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven success in sales, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 2.5 to 3.75 LPA
