Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in Hospet. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves team leadership, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Provide sales training, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members.
Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and key business metrics.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Travel within Hospet and nearby regions to expand sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hospet.
