Job Title: Sales Manager – Life Insurance

Location: Bangalore, India

CTC: INR 3.75 – 5.50 LPA (Fixed CTC)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote life insurance products.
Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management within the life insurance industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of life insurance products and market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
