Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive sales initiatives in the Shimoga region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer acquisition.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or related industries.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales closure.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
