We have urgent openings for the position of Sales and Marketing Representative with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in the Agency Vertical.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

The manager will be responsible for handling an on-roll team of 8 -10 sales managers in the Agency Channel.

A team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of a Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional networks.

– Training the team on Industry standards with the support of the training department of Life Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Life Insurance products in the market.

– Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.

Candidate Profile :

– Age 21-38 years

– CTC : 2.50 To 3.75 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit

– Graduate(10+2+3)

– 2 To 4 years of field sales experience With Good Stability

– Staying in the same city for more than 5 years With Good stability.

– Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
