Responsibilities :

Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
Ready to work in the field as this is fieldwork, not office work.
Lastly, be ready to create your own network.

Mandated Candidate :

Must be graduation
Min 2 years of skilled sales and marketing
Age: 21 to 38 years
CTC: 2.75 To 3.45 LPA + Incentive + Additional help
