Position: Business Development Manager

Department: Agency Channel

Experience: Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any Field

CTC: 3.75 LPA + Variable Pay + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Create the necessary team train them about the company’s products
Regularly meet with the team
Improve sales ratio of the company
Join the team on the customer call
Monitor and review the performance of team
Meeting prospective customers

Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management

Willing to travel in the designated region or city
