Responsibility:

• Outstanding negotiating, relationship-building, market-knowledge, and process-management abilities
• Quickly become familiar with all of the tools, systems, and procedures that are being provided to her/him.
• Interview potential employees
• Throughout the sales process, engage with potential clients of all ages and industry customer service, answering questions quickly and finding solutions to problems.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience and 1 year of experience in Life Insurance
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience with sales analytics and Customer Relationship Management
Ability to work well in a team
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
