Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Agency Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strategic agency partnerships, driving agency growth, and managing the performance of the agency network.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value agency partners and act as their trusted advisor to drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with agencies to create co-marketing plans, sales enablement tools, and joint initiatives to drive growth.
- Develop and deliver training programs, resources, and materials to ensure agencies are equipped with the knowledge and tools to sell effectively.
- Organize and lead regular meetings and events to engage agency partners, share best practices, and foster collaboration.
- Provide feedback from agency partners to internal teams regarding market needs, product features, and competitive insights.
Candidate Profile :-
- Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory In Any Stream
- 02 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Or Business Development, Preferably In The Relevant Industry.
- Strong Ability To Negotiate Complex Partnership Agreements And Manage Contract Terms Effectively.
- Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills For Engaging With Senior Executives, Partners, And Cross-Functional Teams.
- Strong Organizational Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
