Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager (SADM) to lead, mentor, and expand our agency network. This role involves strategic recruitment, training, and development of advisors, ensuring high sales productivity and business growth. Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing advisors/agents.
Develop and implement strategic sales & business expansion plans.
Drive advisor productivity and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and workshops for advisors.
Build strong client relationships and support advisors in lead generation & client acquisition.
Ensure market penetration and brand visibility through field activities.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and ethical sales practices.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in BFSI & FMCG.
Strong background in team recruitment, leadership, and training.
Proven success in sales target achievement and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing large teams.
Willingness to travel extensively for business development and field engagement.
