Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Agency Development Manager to lead, develop, and expand a network of high-performing sales agents. The role requires strong sales leadership, recruitment expertise, and strategic planning to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, training, and mentoring a team while ensuring target achievement and market expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents/advisors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct field visits and performance evaluations to ensure agent productivity.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales forecasts to refine strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and career development for agents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Organize and participate in sales events, workshops, and leadership meetings.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or team handling.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent sales acumen, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Strong analytical skills to track and improve sales performance.
Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and sales forecasting.
Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground sales and team support.
