Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team in MG Road. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in field sales, with a minimum of 1 years in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Provide continuous training, coaching, and mentorship to improve agent productivity.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, sales meetings, and strategy discussions.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Provide timely reports and insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 years in BFSI sales.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent sales planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and implement effective strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within MG Road and nearby areas for business development.
