Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Agency Development Manager (SADM) to lead and expand our agency network in Mysuru. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BFSI and FMCG sales, experience in team management, and a proven track record of business growth. Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of advisors/agents to drive business growth.
Design and implement strategic sales and recruitment plans to achieve business objectives.
Provide regular training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Drive productivity through motivational leadership and goal-setting.
Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the agency network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and stakeholders.
Ensure team engagement through regular coaching, sales workshops, and field visits.
Track and analyze key performance metrics, implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in BFSI & FMCG (Mandatory).
Proven team handling, leadership, and recruitment experience.
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies for market expansion.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data-driven sales analytics.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
