A Senior Manager is a professional responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients or stakeholders of a company or organization.

Roles and responsibilities

• Cooperating with the other members of the team.
• Achieving the monthly sales targets and targets.
• Acknowledging and addressing client comments.
• Drafting sales contracts in accordance with the needs of the business.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the efforts to secure them.
• Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
• Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.

Candidate requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
• Age 21 to 38 years.
