Job Description

We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Officer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network

Featured Responsibility 
The Role will be responsible for selling life insurance policies through agents.
Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including brokers, agents
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel agents.
Offering and allocating work to team members
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
Negotiate and close high-value deals.
Ensure adherence to company sales policies and procedures.

Required skills 
Excellent communication skills and negotiating
Abilities to guide and motivate a team leader
Strong knowledge of insurance products
focus on continuous improvement.

Candidate Specifications 
Must be Local candidate prefer
Age- 25-45 years
Education -Graduate
Experience -Min 4 years of sales experience. (BFSI/Insurance candidate preferred)
