We are searching for a driven and results-oriented to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with partner agencies.
Collaborate with the sales team to explain our services to new agency partners.
Helping agencies with campaign execution by providing guidance and support with planning, and optimization.
Offering and allocating work to team members
Provide training to agency partners on our products, services, and platforms.
The major responsibility is to sell life insurance products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.
Key Skills:
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Age- 25-45 years
Education -Graduate
Experience -Min 4 years of sales experience ( BFSI/Insurance candidate preferred )
A bike and valid license are required.
