We are looking for a high-performing Sr. Sales and Marketing Manager  to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
  • Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
  • Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processed
  • On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Qualification : Graduate / MB
  • Experience : 1 to 4 years of Sales & Marketing
  • Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
  • Two Wheeler Required
