Job Description :
- Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with retailers, and increasing product visibility.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer base, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive brand growth through effective communication and coordination.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
- Ensure timely reporting on key metrics such as sales volume, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
