Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a team of Sales Managers, fostering a dynamic agency.
Guide and support Sales Managers in their initial stages for enhanced productivity.
Ensure adherence to team confirmation norms.
Key Accountabilities:
Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships within the team and with internal and external customers.
Oversee sales activities in the channel, ensuring effective management.
Channel Support and Sales Process Management:
Handle end-to-end processes from sourcing to issuance and address post-issuance customer concerns.
Manage financial aspects, meet targets, execute sales promotion activities, and ensure commission reconciliation.
Training and Product Support:
Conduct ongoing training and skill development sessions for channels and employees, including onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in Sales and Marketing.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
