Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Life Insurance Sales Manager to lead our BFSI team. As a Life Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of insurance agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful promotion and sale of life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of life insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our life insurance portfolio and meet business objectives.
Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training to insurance agents to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business retention and referrals.
Product Expertise: Stay updated on life insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure agents are well-informed and successful.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, offering insights and strategies for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in the BFSI sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in life insurance sales, with a history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the capability to develop and execute sales plans.
Proficiency in life insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
