Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team within the Banca Channel, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure training materials are current and aligned with organizational goals.
Assess the training needs of the sales team and develop customized programs to address specific skill gaps.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to meet performance goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
Knowledge of banking products and industry regulations.
