Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets within the Banca Channel.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the banking sector to foster collaboration and mutual success.

·         Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.

·         Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product and service offerings that align with the unique requirements of the Banca Channel.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.

·         Proven track record in financial services sales with a focus on the Banca Channel.

·         Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a results-oriented sales team.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         In-depth knowledge of banking products, regulations, and industry trends.
