· Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product and service offerings that align with the unique requirements of the Banca Channel.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
· Proven track record in financial services sales with a focus on the Banca Channel.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a results-oriented sales team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth knowledge of banking products, regulations, and industry trends.
