Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team focused on selling life insurance products. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory (Bangalore or Hassan), building and managing a successful sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve unit sales targets
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives
Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their individual and team goals
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to your team members
Identify and develop sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Oversee the sales process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Analyze sales data and identify trends to develop effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the life insurance industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective team leadership
Strong understanding of life insurance products and their benefits
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members
Coaching and mentoring experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Time management and organizational skills
Valid two-wheeler license
Compensation and Benefits:
