Manager of Unit Sales (Agency Channel) in the Indian Insurance Sector
Role: Manage and oversee a certain geographic area within the agency channel, making sure that agent performance is maximized and sales goals are fulfilled.
Duties:
• Assemble, educate, and cultivate a group of agents inside the designated unit.
• Establish and track sales goals for both the unit and individual agents.
• Offer agents encouragement, support, and coaching.
• Hold frequent one-on-one and team meetings.
• Determine and resolve team performance concerns.
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with agents and clients.
• Represent the business at community activities and get-togethers.
• Examine sales data to find patterns and business prospects.
• Create and carry out regional sales plans and strategies.
Conditions:
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
