Job Summary:- A Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving the growth of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. The job typically involves a mix of strategic planning, sales, marketing, and relationship management.

Job Description:-

  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team by recruiting members from outside the company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Set clear sales goals for the team and ensure targets are met consistently.
  • Train and motivate newly recruited team members to maximize their potential and drive sales success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach.

Candidate Profile:-

Age:- 21 to 38 years

Qualification:- Minimum Graduation is required

Experience:- Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year  of experience in BFSI Sector.

CTC:- 3.20 LPA + Incentives
