- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team by recruiting members from outside the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Set clear sales goals for the team and ensure targets are met consistently.
- Train and motivate newly recruited team members to maximize their potential and drive sales success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach.
Candidate Profile:-
Age:- 21 to 38 years
Qualification:- Minimum Graduation is required
Experience:- Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in BFSI Sector.
