Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales. This role involves team leadership, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Roles and responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/agents.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Motivate and mentor the team to improve performance and achieve goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition.
Conduct sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Drive business growth by expanding market reach within Bangalore and surrounding areas.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI sales (Life Insurance preferred).
Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Bangalore for business expansion.
