Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to join our team in Hospet. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves team management, business development, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and advisors to drive business growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct sales meetings, training programs, and performance evaluations.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales leads.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Travel within Hospet and surrounding areas to expand the customer base.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Experience in team management, business development, and customer acquisition.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hospet.
Experience in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, or direct selling.
Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies.
