Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Unit Sales Manager with 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in life insurance sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business success.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching with team members.
  • Work closely with senior management to align business strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and company policies.
  • Generate and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3 years of field sales experience, including at least 1 year in life insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive team performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and regulations.
