Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Unit Sales Manager with 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in life insurance sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business success.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching with team members.
- Work closely with senior management to align business strategies and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and company policies.
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
Candidate Profile:
- 3 years of field sales experience, including at least 1 year in life insurance sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive team performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and regulations.
