Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Unit Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and manage a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth. This role requires strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and leadership to meet and exceed sales targets.
Roles and responsibilities:
Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to maximize revenue.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results.
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Monitor and analyze sales data to improve conversion rates and team productivity.
Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to streamline business operations.
Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and refine strategies.
Ensure effective lead generation and follow-ups to improve customer acquisition.
Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and product promotions.
Organize and lead sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations while optimizing sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in BFSI sales.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage key accounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
