Job Description

The Area Business Manager drives sales through the Agency Business Partner (ABP) Channel by recruiting, training, and managing ABPs to build a strong advisor network. With 2+ years of BFSI sales experience, the role focuses on business growth, team leadership, and market expansion, offering career growth and attractive incentives.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth through the Agency Business Partner (ABP) Channel.
Identify and onboard Agency Business Partners (ABPs) to expand the business network.
Develop and execute strategies to increase agent productivity and sales volume.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Agency Business Partners (ABPs).
Support ABPs in acquiring high-quality advisors and agents.
Provide necessary training, mentorship, and motivation to ensure performance excellence.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure business growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with ABPs, advisors, and clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention of top-performing agents.
Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and reports for sales tracking and performance analysis.

Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of BFSI sales experience (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, Mutual Funds, or NBFC).

Skills:
Strong sales and business development abilities.
Good people management and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
