Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Kolar. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of field sales experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the life insurance sector. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives/agents to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market reach.
- Identify and acquire new clients through field sales and networking.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Conduct regular sales training, mentoring, and motivation programs for the team.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement improvements.
- Ensure target achievement by effectively managing the sales pipeline and lead conversions.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and field coaching to enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Provide timely reports and insights to senior management on sales progress and opportunities
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in life insurance sales.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a sales team for high performance.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Kolar and surrounding regions for business development.
