The Area Business Manager is responsible for driving sales and expanding the Agency Business Partner (ABP) network in the BFSI sector. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing ABPs, ensuring revenue growth, and enhancing market reach. Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development – Strong ability to drive revenue growth through agency partnerships.
People Management – Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Communication & Negotiation – Excellent ability to build relationships, present ideas, and close deals.
Market & Competitor Analysis – Strong analytical skills to track trends and optimize sales strategies.
Target-Driven Approach – Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently.

Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of BFSI sales experience (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, Mutual Funds, or NBFC).
