Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with two years of field sales experience to join our growing team.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Find and create new business prospects through field sales, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
  • to clinch deals by conducting talks, sales presentations, and product demos.
  • Assess potential customers and manage the sales funnel effectively.
  • Work together with the marketing and sales departments to maximize lead generation and conversion tactics.
  • Stay abreast on industry advancements, competition, and market trends.
  • Monitor and communicate sales performance indicators while offering guidance for ongoing development.
  • Respond to questions and concerns as soon as you can to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • To promote your business, take part in trade exhibits, industry conferences, and networking gatherings.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • two years or more of expertise in field sales, either from company to business or from business to consumer.
  • demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • exceptional communication, bargaining, and interpersonal skills.
  • the ability to function both alone and collaboratively in a busy environment.
  • familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
