Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Udupi. The ideal candidate has at least 2 year of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or related sectors. This role involves developing and managing channel partners, driving sales through them, and achieving business growth targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and manage channel partners (agents, brokers, distributors, or dealers) to achieve sales targets.
Recruit, train, and motivate channel partners to improve their performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance of partners and provide necessary support.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Organize sales training sessions and product knowledge workshops for partners.
Ensure smooth coordination between channel partners and the company.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 year of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, or B2B sales.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to recruit, train, and manage channel partners effectively.
Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Udupi and nearby regions for business development.
