Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role involves driving sales, managing a field sales team, acquiring new clients, and expanding business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to analyze competition and industry trends.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and key business metrics.
Ensure team compliance with sales processes and company policies.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
Travel within Bangalore and nearby areas for business expansion.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
