Job Summary:

To oversee our sales development team, we are looking for a Frontline Sales Manager that is extremely focused and results-oriented. This position is in charge of creating and carrying out plans to cultivate leads, create new business prospects, and boost income.

 

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • To reach and surpass lead generation goals, lead, coach, and mentor a group of sales development representatives (SDRs).
  • Create and put into practice efficient sales development plans to find and evaluate new company prospects.
  • Work together with the sales and marketing departments to make sure that lead generation and conversion tactics are in line.
  • To maximize outreach efforts and boost team productivity, track and evaluate important performance indicators.
  • To increase the effectiveness of the sales funnel, oversee and improve the lead scoring and qualification procedures.
  • To assist the SDR team’s development, provide frequent training sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Keep up of market trends, competitor activity, and industry trends to guide your sales tactics.
  • Encourage the team to collaborate, learn new things constantly, and be creative.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
  • One year of field sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and grow sales development teams.
  • Strong familiarity with prospecting strategies, CRM platforms (such as Salesforce and HubSpot), and sales development processes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • A data-driven approach capable of evaluating performance indicators and putting changes into practice.
  • The capacity to work in a target-driven, fast-paced setting while maintaining a strong feeling of accountability and ownership.
