Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Front Line Sales Manager to join our team in Hubli. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring business expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct market research to analyze competition and identify opportunities.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.
Collaborate with marketing and senior management to optimize sales efforts.
Travel extensively within Hubli and surrounding areas for business expansion.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hubli.
