Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Davangere. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in field sales and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills. This role involves generating leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Present and promote company products/services to clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM software.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Davangere and surrounding areas for sales meetings.
