We are hiring for an ideal Branch Sales Representative who has experience and depth of knowledge of the sales process, excellent client handling, a source of customers, presentation skills, and lead closing.

Roles and responsibilities:

• monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
• Work as a team leader. Motivate and connect your team members. Achieve your goal with the help of your team.
• Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas
• The team of sales managers will be responsible for the team (life insurance advisors) from their own social and professional networks. Implement and adhere to the need-based selling model to do cross-selling for insurance.
• Focus on sales Team Management, geographic coverage & managing the spread
• On-field work to reach the maximum customer
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative

Desired Candidate Profile:

• minimum of 2+ year of experience in sales and marketing
• must be graduation
• local candidate
• Age: 21–38 years
• CTC: 2.75 To 3.15 LPA
